The line is open Mon–Fri 8:30 am – 7 pm, Sat 9 am – 4 pm ET. Your call is forwarded to a participating independent roofer or to a partner that connects you with one.

Describe the house
Tell the roofer the town, whether the house is attached or detached, what the roof is made of and roughly how old it is.

Set up a visit
A roofer has to see the roof, the attic and the flashing before proposing a replacement.

Decide on paper
Check the 13VH registration, read the written contract, and remember your three-business-day right to cancel.
